The shareholders of Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited (BEYOND) have approved all the proposals by the Company’s Board of Directors at its 2022 Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2022. BEYOND’s AGM continued to hold online this year due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of shareholders and employees.

This exponential growth reflects the success of the business transition strategy from renewable energy business to hospitality business.

The two restaurants owned by Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited or ‘BEYOND’ were both awarded ‘1 Michelin star’, including Côte by Mauro Colagreco at Capella Hotel Bangkok and Yu Ting Yuan Restaurant at the Four Seasons Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, impressively taking the accolade in their first year of opening.

The event was held to unveil the company’s vision and direction, and to express gratitude to business alliances for their support of the company’s recent investment.

Mrs Wipulakorn will spearhead the company’s strategy plan, guiding it toward a more focused path and establishing a stronger BEYOND business.
