Bound and Beyond was founded on 10 April 1981 to engage in operation of zinc mining and smelting business in Tak province under the name Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited.
Padaeng Industry was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 21 July 1987 under trading symbol of PDI, and later changed name to Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited with trading symbol of BEYOND on 5 October 2021 to be in line with new business in hospitality business.
