PDI.B.02.35/99 of 1 April 1999, informing the SET of the dissolution of Padaeng Siam Industry Co., Ltd. in which the company has held 50% of its total shares. On 1 July 1999, the Registrar of the Partnerships and Companies Registration Office, Bangkok, Department of Commercial Registration, Ministry of Commerce, has registered the liquidation of the said associated company. In this regard, the company has received a reversed investment amounting to Baht 1,507,260.74 and will acknowledge a gain on investment of Baht 15,792 in the quarterly financial statements ended 30 September 1999.
